If you consider that some of the world’s most famous bridges are now over a century old - the Brooklyn Bridge was built in 1883 – and others are well into old age - The Golden Gate Bridge was constructed in the 1930s – then they’ve understandably seen a lot of wear and tear, especially given the significant increase in traffic volume over the past decades.
July 02, 2014The Singapore Sports Hub has recently been completed and the 55,000 capacity National Stadium has the title of being the largest dome structure in the world. Image Source: DPA The Singapore Sports Hub sits on a 35 acre site and its designers were local, DP Architects. The heart of the Hub is the National Stadium with the dome measuring 312m in diameter; it beats the previous title holder of the biggest dome structure, the Texas Cowboys Stadium, by 37m (roughly 10 ).

Qatar won the bid to host the event in 2022 and they have come up with designs for 12stadiums of which one, the Al Bayt Stadium, is going to be modelled around a traditional nomadic tent and will be designed with a removeable top tier.

Originally the fort was used for defending the coast of Britain against attacks from light aircraft and ships but now it has undergone a transformation costing £3 million and has become a luxury exclusive island retreat.

They even have all the luxuries that you would get at a 5-star hotel. The home on Beach Avenue in Melbourne, Australia has been challenging to Schulberg Demkiw studios, the architects behind it.
